Mosswright’s Prayer captures the alchemical hush of those twilight rites. Herbal top notes of bergamot tea, eucalyptus leaf, sweet grass, and muddled mint stir like breath in a lichen-curtained apothecary. Mid-notes bloom with fernleaf lavender, dewy muguet, and bois de rose - a fresh, wistful bouquet that unfurls slowly, like pressed petals in vellum. Beneath it all, the base settles into violet leaf, white patchouli, and amber woods, grounding the ethereal in earth and memory.
This scent is a quiet invocation of green wisdom, bottled.
Each Mosswright’s Prayer candle is poured into a 10.5 oz heat-treated glass, chosen not only for its resilience to flame but for its second life beyond the ritual. While the candle itself burns just shy of 8 oz, allowing space for wick, the vessel waits patiently for its transformation.
When the last flicker fades and the prayer is complete, wash it gently (a double-boiler treatment is kind) and discover what it has become: a rocks glass, tempered by alchemy, ready to hold your libation of choice.
Let it cradle elderflower gin on summer solstice, or smoky peat on a frostbitten dusk. With its weight and warmth, it holds memory of herbal invocation, of firelight in moss-laced dusk, and of the green wisdom that once danced within.
It is not simply a candle. It is ritual. It is relic.
